Skiing and wellness in the French Alps

From les menuires ...

It was fabulous!! The four-day combination of exercise at high altitude in full sunshine, uninterrupted sleep, sauna and half-board did its trick. I came home to a houseful of suffering snotties feeling wonderfully rested and well.

The big mountain in the back ground is Mont Blanc. The picture was taken at 2820 m altitude on Mont de la Chambre near Les Menuires by Mike.

I love your new blog! Sorry I have been a rotten commenter but we are avid readers! Hope you find time to get some more pics and stories up. Ours is a little stale too, come to think of it...

Chris - for crying out loud: please don't visit our blog too often. It's totally the omega version. I am touched that you have included a link on your blog, but now feel seriously humbled and v. embarrassed.
I shall post a disclaimer asap, buy mysef an updated version of HTML for Dummies, a bumper pack of caffeine tablets to extend my waking hours past 9pm, and get cracking.
Who invented the 24h day? Why not 26?
Suz.
